All of my pottery pieces are hand made by me in my studio. Stoneware with food safe crystal glaze. All shipments have INSURANCE. In the event there is breakage, I will file a claim being in both of our best interests; neither loose funds. BUT I would ask that you work with me on getting me photos of damages including boxes. BUYER pays all shipping costs. I will do my best to refund any shipping overages. BUYER pays any return shipping fees, and item MUST be packaged in manor received.
